These Terms and Conditions governs your use of the Ozmen website and the mobile app. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. 


1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms governs your use of the Ozmen website and the mobile app. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. By using the website you are agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions you may not order with us through the website or mobile app. However, these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory right for shopping with us.

1.2. Our website and mobile app are intended for resident in Sheffield and near by locations with restrictions.

 

2. Amendments

2.1. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, it is your responsibility to check them regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the website or mobile app. If you continue to use the website and mobile app after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website and mobile app indicates your agreement to the new Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Amendments to placed orders must be notified to us before 11AM on the day of delivery. Please contact our costumer service team via 0114 470 0000 from 9am-7pm, Monday-Sunday   or by email to customerservice@ozmenfoodcentre.co.uk with any changes or queries in regards to amending your placed order.  

 

3. Registration

3.1. You must be over eighteen years of age to register on the site.

You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration are correct and complete at any time. Please inform us of any changes to your information by updating your personal details to ensure that our records are correct. 

 

3.2. Ozmen has the right to cancel or suspend any registration with immediate effect at our reasonable will if you breach any of your obligations under these terms below.  

 

4. Your personal details

4.1. Privacy

At Ozmen, we truly value our relationship between costumers and the trust you place in us, so we take your Privacy and Personal Information very seriously. We will only need your personal information (such as Name, address, email etc..) to make our products and delivery service available for you, and will never ask you for any bank details directly. However, if a problem arises , we may contact you by the details provided to discuss this (via email or telephone).   

 

4.2. Password and security

When you register to use the site and APP you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting Customer Services (see below for contact details).

 

4.3. If OZMEN has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the website or APP, we may send you one or more formal warnings, requiring you to change your password or we may even suspend your account. If your misuse or breach of contract continues we may take further actions such as bringing court proceedings.

4.4. It is your responsibility to keep your username, password and any other relevant personal details safe and confidential to access our website and mobile app.

 

5. Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

5.1. You have the rights to cancel your order upon the day of delivery with a cancellation fee of £1.50 per order.  All orders can only be cancelled or amended via telephone or email to our customer service team between 9am-7pm, Monday - Sunday. Any email received after 7pm will be reviewed the next working day before delivery to avoid any inconvenience may cause.

5.2. Every product listed on our website and mobile app are subjected to stock availability, we cannot guarantee that every product will be available when we are preparing your order. When a product is no longer available we reserve the right to withdrawn the product from your order without warning. In situations, where you have placed an order, but a product is out off stock, we will refund the product(s) at the price of your purchase. If the resulting bill is still above our minimum spend of £50, your order will be delivered as scheduled. However, if your resulting bill is below £50, we will contact you for a product replacement or you have the right to cancel the order and we will process a full refund.

5.3. We can not accept any return and refunds upon your will, as you signed the agreement receipt after checking at doorstep. However, we can do a full refund with products that are faulty within 24 hours after the delivery time.

5.4. Fresh fruitvegetables, meat, refrigerated and frozen items will not be refunded unless the product itself is faulty. If this is the case, please report to us within 24 hours at: 0114 470 0000 or customerservice@ozmenfoodcentre.co.uk

5.5. It will take up to 7-10 working days from when you contacted us to receive your refund.   

 

6. Offers

6.1. We may offer discounts or offers from time to time upon our will, such as ‘Buy One Get One Free’, bundle deals or meal deals. All discounts and offers are subjected to stock availability when we prepare you order for delivery. We reserve the rights to amend or cancel the offer and discount without any notice due to stock availability.

6.2. All discounts an1d offers normally generates in a code format for you to apply at the checkout point, only one code per order and can not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. Each promotional code has an expiry date, they will be no longer available without any notice after they are expired.

6.3. Promotional codes can not be redeemed in cash or changed into other forms.

 

7. Delivery

7.1. Within Sheffield area, we aim to deliver your order on the next day at your chosen time slot if you place your order before 6pm. Orders after 6pm will not be accepted, this also applies to deliveries for nearby cities.

7.2. To qualify for a delivery, you must have met the minimum spend of £50 with £2 delivery charges for address within 3miles ; 50p extra will be added for every one mile away, depending on the delivery address. The delivery charge is applied for every order and will be displayed on the summary page before confirm checkout.  For orders over £100 delivery is free of charge for address within 3miles, and 50p extra for every one mile away. This will be automatically calculated on the summary page before checkout.

7.3. It is your obligation to ensure that someone is at site during your agreed time of delivery. If no one is at site when we attempt to deliver, we will try to contact you by telephone with the details provided. If we cannot do so, your order will be returned to the store and you will be notified of the status. You could then cancel your order with an cancellation fee of £1.50 per order, or alternatively, we can reserve the order and you are more than welcome to collect in store.

7.4. When the delivery arrives, it is your responsibility to check all products at the doorstep. If any products you don’t like or no longer require, simply return the product to the driver and we will request a refund for each item to the payment method you used originally. You are also required to provide a signature to proof you are happy with what you received, after that, you can not return or refund any products unless the product itself is at ‘Faulty’. We cannot accept any product to be returned based on your will.

7.5.  If the delivery includes products you have not ordered, you must notify the driver promptly or our costumer service team immediately.

 

8. Pricing and payments

8.1. All prices shown are VAT inclusive unless stated otherwise. The price of the products and our delivery will always be the same on the website and the mobile app at the time of use. However, the prices of products does not include delivery charge, as this is a separate charge.

8.2. We have a large number of products online, and there are possibilities where some product may have be mis-described or incorrectly priced; despite our best effort. If a product is incorrectly priced, we will charge the lower stated price.

8.3. All special offer discounts, such as Buy One Get One, multi vaule offers will be automatically deducted at the checkout.  

8.4. You must have entered the correct payment details on the checkout page. If invalid details have been entered, your order will not be accepted. If the payment is not successful, one of our Customer Service Team will contact you for re-payment so your delivery can be made.

8.5. All payments that has been made will be taken on the same day as you place your order, so it can be ready for your next day delivery. Payments must be made by chargeable cards, such as credit card, visa debit or any valid promotional codes.

 

9. Ozmen's liability

The content on the Site and APP is provided for general information only. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Site and APP, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, that the content on the Site is accurate, complete or up to date whether express or implied. You must seek for and obtain professional advice before taking any action on the basis of the content on the Site.

 

10. Product recall

10.1. We take your safety to our first priority, and from time to time, you may find that some product will be recalled either by us or by our suppliers due to issues regarding product quality or consuming safety. Please check our Product Recall page regularly for the latest news, as we can not inform individuals one by one.
