Trabzon, named after the city of the same name, otherwise known as Vakfikebir, is one of the many delicious Turkish breads we make in our Ozmen Bakery every day.
Leavened with sourdough, Trabzon is flavorful and boasts a long shelf life. It does not mold easily and it still tastes good when stale.
